Built in 1854 by the First Universalist Society, and established as a Catholic Church by French-Canadian immigrants in 1877, Our Lady of Lourdes is the is oldest continuously used church in the city of Minneapolis. It was designated a U.S. historic landmark in 1934 and is the first parish in the United States named in honor of Our Lady of Lourdes. Today, it is a vibrant and diverse community of Catholics passionate about their faith.
